Help Me Come Up With a Better Chick Brooder!

I’m looking for ideas for a new chick brooder for our homestead!

I want something that will work from the time the chicks hatch until they are fully feathered and ready to move out of the brooder. I’d love something practical, easy to clean, and big enough for the chicks to grow without me constantly having to change their setup.

So, I’m asking my fellow chicken keepers and homesteaders for help!

What kind of brooder do you use? Have you built your own, repurposed something, or come up with a clever design that works really well?
