It’s been a long couple of days here at my house hold. The kids have their things to do around the house they do dishes ( the older kids/teen) and the younger one have to pick up toys. If there is one chore I hate doing is folding the laundry! I don’t mind washing it and drying it. So I pile it up and my WONDERFUL husband folds it all on his days off😍. I think it’s great when my husband and children help out around the house.. after all the kids are the ones who mess it up 😂😂😂😂

After a long day of doing school with the kids, cooking, and getting some cleaning done. I told the older kids to go outside to play. I got mess around and paint One of my small vases. I think it looks cute! of course my daughter says as she running inside to grab more toys to take outside “mom that looks awesome.” 😁 she is trying to butter me up as she gives me the wonderful smile of hers, she knows I don’t allow that many toys to be taken out🤣🤣🤣.

My girls (chickens) have been doing their job! I have a lot of eggs, I need to get my baking on. Brownies, cookies, and cakes are in my house holds future. I will give most of my bake goods away as I always do. The joy I get from seeing the look on my kids faces when they go to check on the chickens to see if there is an egg will never get old. My daughter goes out to check on them three or four times a day.

I love the weekends.. do I get a lot done lol. Sometimes, did I get a lot done for today🤣🤣🤣 no way! I did get the fire place cleaned out. That is something I’ve been wanting to do for a while now. I did find a place to hang the painting of my ayam cemani chicken that Mrs. Sheridan painted for me. Right in my upstairs hallway so that way when my kids come down the hall they can be greeted by my favorite chicken 🤣🤣🤣 #ayamcemani #kids

Very long day for school today, nothing has been done except for housework. The weather is windy and rainy. Nice grey clouds out give the feeling that winter is coming and fall is getting it’s butt kicked! Went out to check on the chickens two of them we’re huddled in the nesting box. It’s cute to see them doing that. It’s like watching your kids be nice to each other and getting it on film, a Kodak moment is what they called it back in the day. 😂😂😂

What do I do when the baby only let’s you get an hour of sleep the whole night? Get up and make muffins for the kids! I so wish I could of tried to get a morning nap but school starts at 8am. I got to spend some time with my chickens this morning, my ayam cemani was in the nest boxes. She doesn’t like it when I open the nesting box door to look in. She squawks at me very loudly. Reminds me of when you get Walk in on while going to the bathroom by your kid. Does the kid ever get out? Nope they most likely come in maybe even shut the door behind them then start playing with stuff in the bathroom. So being the “kid “this morning I had to get some cool photos. #lovemychickens. #nosleep

Today didn’t get as much done as I would of liked but I did get my small project done. One of my best friends 💜 sent me the phrase ” be you do you for you” I loved it so much that I painted over what I had written. My ” d ” is a little off but I still think it looks pretty good! Now I just need to find a place to hang it. 😂😂 which is the hard part ha ha!

My daughter was so excited yesterday! She has been working on her wild flower garden, one of her flowers bloomed! Seeing the smile on her face was wonderful. As for me I didn’t get to any projects but we did get to do family movie. I really liked the Captian Underpants movie the only thing that was missing was nachos 😂😂😂

What do you do when school takes forever to get done for the day, it’s raining, and the youngest of kids are so extremely fussy, Not a whole lot. Eggs and waffles for dinner and watching the kids play Minecraft! Honestly not my favorite thing to watch 😂😂 but we can do it as a family and that is all that matters.

On a warm Sunday afternoon… some might be going to the movies, having a bbq, or watching football… me I’ve been painting, and watching the dog chase her tail for the past 10 mins. 😂😂😂😂. I got the leaves done on my boards today, still not sure what I want to write on it or if I want to just paint over what words I did put on there and put a tree on it. For dinner I’m making pepperoni grilled cheese sandwiches! With white sauce my kids don’t care red sauce that much anymore.
