  • B&bw

B&BW ( Bath and Body Works) my favorite store. They had their candle sale yesterday! I love the Winter Candy Apple scent! The store was packed, thankfully I only had my daughter with me. She had fun smelling all the candles. She did almost get run over by crazy shoppers not watching for some one so small but she handled it well being this is the first time I’ve taken her in there with me when it’s been that busy. If you been to Bath and Body Works during a really good sale like what they had on their candles you know what I mean about it being totally nuts in there. We ended up of course getting the Winter Candy Apple candle and she picked out for the other candle Black Cherry. It was a fun mommy and daughter time! #lovemybigfamily #mommyandmetime #bathandbodyworks

  • Weekend!

I’m so glad it’s the weekend! This week was a long one for me, our Christmas tree fell on Thursday night. My tree topper my husband got me when we were first married was smashed into tiny bits. I was very sad! For this weekend I’m hoping to get my hallway finished. You would think that sense it’s just a fresh coat of white paint that I would have it done in no time… But then I have to stop and say to myself. I have five kids lol who we do online schooling with, errands, cleaning the house. I’m amazed on what I do get done in a day and other times I feel like I get nothing done. Happy weekend! #gonnamakethishappen

  • Who did it!

I love my girls ( chickens) they make me laugh, they make me smile, and they also provide some mystery! Like who laid the egg on the very bottom of the coop! I had to crawl in there to get it as I was doing this it dawned on me that I should of gotten my small rake and raked it out.. that’s a “duh moment”. I know there are ways to check your chickens to see who has laid. Honestly I don’t want to be my girls( chickens) ob! So it will remain a mystery!

  • Decorating

Christmas decorations! Finally got some of ours up! The tree is done, the younger kids enjoyed” helping”. I have learned over the years of letting the kids help that I will always have a mini heart attack when they are handling the Christmas decorations! It’s not even that fact that I’m worried that they will break them, it’s more of ” oh my let’s put this over here” lol. With letting them “help” I try to not do that any more at least while they are standing right there.. after all that’s what bed time is for rightπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.

  • Vacation not long enough

Back to school for us today. I would have to agree with my kids that the break went by way too fast. Isn’t that how it always is? Time flies when your having fun! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. We got a lot done on this vacation I honestly didn’t think I would. As I’ve said before I hate potty training. It’s a love hate relationship for me. On one hand I would love to be done with diapers on the other hand.. the messes, cleaning the carpet ect.. really don’t thrill me. With that being said he’s doing well. Yesterday he had two oops the day before that none. He is starting to tell me when he needs to go but still working on the whole when I’m playing I need to stop to go. I know he will get there he’s already showing great progress and as my pediatrician always says … don’t worry he won’t go to College still wearing diapers!

  • Family day

Last night we had second Thanksgiving and by that I don’t mean we had left overs. Lol we cooked another Turkey! It was very good. We made a fire and watch a movie. The kids are only young once even with the chaos of the day and the bickering they do during the movie I know I will miss it when they are grown.

  • Nice day

It’s a nice day to be out with my girls( chickens). Where I live the weather is not too cold today. While checking on the girls ( chickens ) I started thinking about what I was going to make for dinner… I know they call this ” mom brain” I really would like to blame it on the kids. The reality of it is that I’ve been having what I call “duh moment’s” way before I had kids. Then it hit me leftovers! Love Thanksgiving day leftovers! #nocooking

  • Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving! My girls(chickens) are just happy it’s not them on the dinner menu. Ha ha. It is a lovely morning. Went to give the girls( chickens) their food. Yum yum. I got this awesome photos of them. #girlschickens #thanksgiving

  • Dog bath

Today I decided to get some painting done while still potty training. He’s doing well had some more oops but that’s to be expected. With that being said… I still dislike potty training. Well while painting the hallway ( fresh coat of white) I had our dog with me, I looked over to see she has white on her hind leg! Kids love to give her a bath and they think this is funny..So pause on the painting and on to… dog bath. Which is not fun either. 🀣🀣🀣🀣 wish me luck with my 75 pound girl!

  • Day 3

Here we are on day three of potty training. He’s doing well only had 5 oops. With having the week off from school I had it in my head that I was going to get a lot done. There is still a chance that I might like last night in between going back and fourth to the potty I was able to work on one of my paintings. I however wanted to get yard work started but with going to sit on the potty every five to ten minutes moving rocks is out for the next few days. I am so happy that he is finally excited to go on the potty. Being a mom of five I know all the tricks and yes I have even gone down the road of… bribery! We had tried to potty train him back in July. I did all the tricks and yes I Resort to bribery!! He likes peanutbutter cups, so I went to Costco and got that huge box of them. Came home told him he could have them if he just sat on the potty. He said no! Lol there are 36 peanut butter cups in that box. Hell I would sit on the potty for 36 peanutbutter cups… but it just goes to show you that my standards are lower than my three year olds! ( no I wouldn’t of given him all 36 of them it would of last a while it was just to get his attention and excitement for the potty)
